Una casa con estilo Wabi Sabi

The Paseo de Gracia project is not meant to be "the perfect definition of a Wabi Sabi House, " but rather an example of how to create a comfortable and warm space in this style, as in 230 square meters and 280 square meters of apartments in the realization of the terrace. The concept of "Wabi Sabi" seeks to find the beauty of the imperfections created by the passage of time.

This is the basis of the project, and the owner is looking for a permanent space in which the material will naturally change over time, thus creating a sense of peace and avoiding a sense of perfection and indifference. Through noble materials such as micro-cement, iron and wood with neutral and calm tones, we establish a dialogue between the different spaces. Neutral materials work with color dots to become the main character of each room, providing individuality.

La Bonanova

This is Pau Alcover, a 320 M2 project that extends around the entire space to create an avant garde and modern space that can accommodate its 120 M2 terrace.

It is clearly stated by the client that blue should appear in every room. For this reason, the aesthetic change in the attic is overwhelming, as all the walls of the house are covered with linen, tissue paper and wood planks. For Reference, oak is used as a common thread in all spaces as well as in the Blue Palette. The existing distribution of houses is maintained as it usually adapts to the needs of the owner.
